Maybe its just the way some trade go through. Not large blocks but buy/sale simultaneously along with other strange happenings. So obvious that the ask is stacked. MM games ? ... I don't know.

As far as wallet clientele, might be more high end technologically advanced group than what some are targeting in their minds.
