Yep, but that new Alpine rule passed in February...not too friendly for note holders.

I suspect that's why IHSI note holders feared they would be left "holding the bag" and renegotiated.

Must be why there's only 3 remaining in IHSI, and they are ALL friendly note holders, and they're restricted shares, per 10Q Q3.

As for Cresent, I just checked NC SOS, again. Sorry to disappoint, but Cresent is still firmly in Devon and Phillip's hands.
