if there were an issue on the 5m loan I am pretty sure Jan will have taken out another convertible to pay off the two that were about to convert.

Seems more aware of loan dates than most CEOs I know.

I suspect we get an update Monday if not tonight (friday is not a day for any sort of update apart from pictures of peppers, those I like anytime)
