Sooooooo my own opinion is that VFIN represents the dilutive funder that was liquidating dilutive overhang shares up until 3 weeks ago...but he didn't quite finish off what he had left...and then he probably tried to re-up with the company and the CEO said no...hence he decided to be a prick in the market this week by trying to make it look like dilution was back in play.
Only the company knows what's going on with him for sure...but if my guess is right I bet VFIN had less than 1M total remaining dilutive overhang shares left in play...which is the only reason he hasn't just slammed them out on the bid...because he wants to mess around with the CEO for not giving him any more dilutive shares k cheers!
