assuming all that they say is true, 40 million worth of assets etc.

what would be a fair value for this stock?

we are talking about 54 million o/s (i know that only 700k will be in the float, but we have to factor in the restricted shares when calculating the value)


at the moment they are severely delinquent, and have a big stop sign, so folks won't invest in this, till they become current.
