This has been the standby Qsep go to “hook” used to attract private placement dollars and to facilitate the “musical chairs” reset of executives for years! This undoubtedly keeps the “kicking the can down the road” strategy in full effect. Honestly, the same claim has been when the stock traded north of $1! It must be an effective tool for QSEP in attracting the main source of company funding but it says nothing about their science and technology and state of the art of what is being claimed. That’s the rub, field testing these devices has been shown to industry and the result are in: Viscosity reduction in whatever form i.e. fuel injection, oil viscosity reduction, is not a tech that is anywhere near ready to deploy and is most likely just another ineffective pseudo-technology that populates the OTC.
