MO of these crooks is obvious. Since 2012 they have shown DUBIOUS ‘sales contracts’ & wooed investors with huge projections on GAIN. Issues shares from treasury in exchange for cash then issued themselves shares, RS all shares to dilute investors BUT protected themselves by issuing 90% post RS to themselves.

THe only way out for investors is to sue cecil for mismanagement, betrayal of trust and criminal activity
