They officially said they were ready

To start filing on july 02, 10 days ago

No filing whatsoever

They already knew that was a lot of documents to review when they announced to all investors on June 28 that filing was starting

So pleading that filing is a lot of work IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE

This is a public company and officers are responsible to issue concise AND TRUE information
