Hi, Larry. On my keyboard ~~~~~~~ is a different character than -------. One means in math "about." So ~45K means about $45,000. And -5K means a LOSS of $5000 on income of roughly $45000.00. I believe this is roughtly an 11% loss, which is ALSO hard to do at this paltry level of economic activity.
