My take, the run was pre-mature. The company just got the SOS current and what I understand they are a few months out before filing...so anyone expecting a quick buy and sell should get out now.

-Fact, only 14M shares out - $250K market cap (insane)
-Complete clean shell, anything good vended into it easy $0.20 stock.
-Anyone who can wait for a few months, will be rewarded
-I go my orders in just under the $0.02 for the impatient sellers to add to my position. $BRYN
