It does because of burn rate and no deals. If your burning over 50 million a year. Next year they have 15 million on hand and then what? Already too late to dilute at 1.25. 30 million at a dollar will keep them in business almost two years which could end the bleed if the market thinks data and/or deals can be done in that time frame (e.g. Neo and hot data and phase iii readouts).

If they can get 30 sold at a dollar. wait too long and things get extremely ugly. Selling 30 million at 50 cents will cause a multiple reverse split free fall IMO
