.....WHAT........????........FDIC ain't requesting a re-hearing, SIMON is....................it's a one-page form......and all it does is survey a few or all of the appeals court judges in the CIRCUIT.......APPEAL the APPEAL.........most that are heard involve 'administrative law'.......that is, FASCIST abuses............"en banc" and the request might get turned down but probably will be processed and then SLAMMED DOWN by a handful of judges who simply check a box on a form.........................
.......the appeals court ACKNOWLEDGED richards, imo...........but stated that the TAA tilted the decision.........that is, the TAA clearly stated that the bank PAID IN taxes proportionately......but was silent on any tax refund.................if ya pay in, by state agency law, ya GIT refunds...............the bank........and therefore, THE RECEIVER.........and our legal counselor was mark e. haynes.........weakest lawyer in ameriKa.......a first-year law student would have done better, imo....................
