not meaningless to we shareholders who are down 90% the past 3 years and 40% YTD. Shareholders actually don't like back room deals at 30% below market price and being diluted to hell

You have to be a shareholder to say “we shareholders.” You can’t be someone who flips on every nickel and say “shareholder.” Trading in and out is not holding.
