HE IS THE GIFA INC CONTACT on the recently filed SEC 10-Q documents. The guy has an IMPECCABLE RECORD....ALL OTHER "claims" of a SCAM or a SEC BLAH BLAH or a SEC HALT or any other noise being peddled is GRADE-F bottom dragging BULLSHIT to me....

William Aul in 28 YEARS OF PRACTICING SECURITIES LAW and also OBTAINING THE TITLE OF "PROFESSOR" to teach SECURITIES LAW has never, ever, ever, ever been involved with or worked for or represented a "SCAM" or a company that was SEC HALTED or failed to FILE THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS at the CORRECT TIME, etc. IGNORE THE NOISE PEDDLING....me...I'm going with the 28 YEAR SEC SECURITIES EXPERT ATTORNEY...HE..HE PUT HIS STAMP and CONTACT ON THE GIFA INC 10-Q FILINGS...that TRUMPS ALL THE BULLSHIT being spread....CASE CLOSED......

NO freaking way this is a "scam" or whatever- LOOK AT THOSE RECENTLY FILED SEC EDGAR DATABASE (thee OFFICIAL FEDERAL GOVT SECURITIES DATABASE) those SEC 10-Q's that were recently filed as a STANDARD STEP IN ANY REVERSE MERGER to bring the old shell "current" to the last point in time it did any business...

The CONTACT PHONE FOR THE "COMPANY" is TOP SAN DIEGO SECURITIES ATTORNEY William M. Aul...a 28 plus year CA BAR member and SECURITIES LAW PROFESSOR and often cited local SECURITIES "EXPERT" in the San Diego area...it's HIS FREAKING OFFICE PHONE LISTED as GIFA'S PRIMARY U.S. CONTACT...a guy of his legal stature and reputation would NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER allow ANY SEC FILING TO BE MADE WITH HIS CONTACT INFO if it was a scam or sham or "not legally proper" etc. William Aul Esq OBVIOUSLY PREPARED THOSE SEC 10-Q's FOR GIFA and what "was" PAST TENSE $FRFS and filed them to the SEC DATABASE FOR THE TWO MERGING COMPANIES....he used HIS OFFICE PHONE as "Contact" and thus would be the one the SEC or FINRA or any govt securities regulators would call for any questions on the filings...

THIS REVERSE MERGER IS REAL and it's HAPPENING "BY THE BOOK"...or a securities attorney of the stature of William Aul wouldn't TOUCH IT IMO...no way in hell.....he's HIRED BY GIFA OBVIOUSLY and he's getting all the LEGAL DUCKS IN A ROW...next....

I'd expect to see attorney Aul draft an ATTORNEY LETTER (he's done many of them - it's a good possibility it's already been sent to the OTC and FINRA which are notoriously slow, as in 30 days approx to respond or get any questions answered, etc) to certify to the OTC and SEC that "IN HIS OPINION AS AN EXPERT blah blah the FILINGS AS PRESENTED REPRESENT AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF $FRFS as prior to the GIFA MERGER blah blah" and then SHAZAM the merger can move forward...OTC SITE will update and then FINRA will approve.....seen it many, many times prior....you can search "WILLIAM AUL" and see similar letters he's drafted and FILED FOR COMPANIES and you can see the SAME METHOD was used by the little Chinese Car Company recent reverse merger- which took about 9 MONTHS TO COMPLETE...right about where GIFA IS NOW....same steps occurred....SEC FILINGS were made....then ATTORNEY LETTER...THEN BAMMO...FINRA APPROVED IT....DONE.....



THAT phone number is William M. Aul's office in San Diego, SECURITIES ATTORNEY and LAW PROFESSOR....why the H would he put HIS PHONE NUMBER AS CONTACT for some supposed "scam" or whatever...why....??????

HERE he is being cited as a SECURITIES LAW EXPERT in the legendary San Diego "BOND SCANDAL" that resulted in serious SEC action against the city and key players- why would local TV PICK HIM TO COMMENT as the local "SEC and SECURITIES LAW EXPERT" if he doesn't know what the H he's doing or talking about.....?????

William Aul, SAME GUY LISTED ON RECENT GIFA INC SEC FILINGS as "contact" phone number and he's CITED BY LOCAL TV NEWS AS A "SECURITIES EXPERT" and HE..HE and HIS PHONE are the "CONTACT" on the recently filed SEC 10-Q documents which now are GIFA INC as far as the SEC and SEC EDGAR database are concerned...

I'd trust this guy, a 28 yr SECURITIES ATTORNEY and LAW PROFESSOR OF SAME with an impeccable record knows what the hell he is doing and this REVERSE MERGER IS VERY, VERY, VERY CLOSE to being completed IMO....yepper.....
