I believe that acquisitions bigger than the previous Etelix deal is coming into MSPC.

Doing the 1-150 reverse split helps to fix the share structure. This will position the company to trade with much less liquidity and makes the transition of the PSNXD dividend better. Sometimes that is a good thing if you know that you are bringing in something huge like I believe here.

This is a very fair ratio which leads me to believe that they do care about shareholders. If this would have been one of those huge ratios that we have seen throughout the penny stock world, then I think we shareholders would have been in trouble. I think we will be fine now.

It is going to be important too for MSPC to make sure that reduce the Authorized Shares (AS) too so that the market will trust that they are not going to have intentions of allowing the share structure to get diluted back up to these levels ever again. This is their new beginning.

As a good example to have something to "compare and contrast" this situation with... I am still in INTV that had done a small reverse split. The pre-split price was .001 and the post split price was .05 per share. Later after their small reverse split, INTV ran from .05 to $6.74 per share and currently sits at the .70 to .77 per share range which I believe will eventually surpass its previous highs.

I truly believe that this reverse split for MSPC will actually makes things better.
