I wonder if the Company was truthful to the State of Nevada about it...it's the State that matters (not the folks at OTCMarkets, who just proved once again that they don't read ANYTHING submitted to them). They weren't truthful regarding the reverse split in the filing of their Amended Articles. See Article XIV on p.7 of...
