Over $3, an over 4% price increase is considered a break out especially with the volume it is having, not to mention new 52 week highs.

These Technical trading folks could care less about fundamentals, management, past or projected history.

Strictly playing the TA and the trend which after a nice tight period of consolidation looks like it is just getting started.
