I've never been through a reverse merger and am interested in plain English what normally happens. Based on similar RMs, what might happen in terms of how many shares we'd get of the new company and what those shares might be worth. Would it be realistic for our current LSTG shares to rise much above where they are now prior to the RM? If so, what might be a realistic target? I realize that I'm not going to get rich off of this like the Pump and Dump literature all but promised way back when. But I'd at least like to get my money back and a little more. I'm in at an average of 4-5 cents a share from my multiple purchases over the years.
In reading about Alpha Modus, they sound like they might have some good things going on. Might it be worth holding onto my shares after the RM with the thought that the new company might be a winner?
