So I caught the last 15 mins of trading or so. Can anyone tell me if OTCX was on the ask today?

Saw him on the bid briefly when I finally pulled it up. I will go back to my other computer and pull up todays trades. I'm seriously curious as hell as to what is going here! Thanks!
