I missed the memo on the toxic financing. How is $1.00 per share a toxic financing for $2.0 million when the stock is trading at .0048? Its not toxic financing is the point. There is none. People seem to be on the sidelines waiting for financials to get filed. Its got to be coming soon which is why we are seeing the creep.
