Withdrew my low Bid as I have no idea how low it will go. A second Q with numbers that the Market doesn't like and the China and States going after each other could sink this to numbers never seen before. Never any updates that would interest potential investors. You get 4 Qs per year and a few 8-Ks and that's about it. When it comes to dull and boring CAPC is doing great.
