Comella/USRM FILING FOR "MORE TIME" DOJ SUIT...LOL...

MOTION FILED FRIDAY FOR "EXTENSION OF TIME" in order "to respond to complaint" by Comella and USRM and the gang....WTH....why would they need more time for what's supposedly so damn easy it supposedly just a "frivolous" nothing lawsuit according to the propaganda being peddled....eh....??????

BUT..BUT...but...but WAIT...I thought this case was so frivolous and so bogus and the DOJ and FDA supposedly doesn't know what they're doing and has no grounds to stand on and it's a SLAM DUNK blah blah blah and a blah blah ...LOL.....that USRM and crew would merely walk into court with a ONE SHEET RESPONSE and some protest Youtube videos and a "petition" or two signed by some "cured patients" and POOF the entire suit would be tossed....LOL.....AIN'T HAPPENING....WTH WENT WRONG...?

SO WHAT THE HELL WENT WRONG ALREADY...USRM, Comella, Gradel and crew ON FRIDAY FILED A MOTION FOR "EXTENSION OF TIME" to prepare their freaking DEFENSE which per myth is a supposed SLAM DUNK and "a frivolous case" and "without merit" and blah blah blah......

Just means MORE CASH GETTING SMOKED IN THE LAW FIRM'S HOURLY BILLING SUPER COOKER....lil ole CASH POOR USRM probably going BK defending this if you ask me....

MAYBE THEY NEED TIME as perhaps USRM and crew can't even pay the legal tab on-time and the lawyers DO NOT WORK FOR PENNY SHARES...the way USRM and Tomas often pays it's day to day bills.....COULD THAT BE IT....maybe...?????

WHAT I WANT TO KNOW (and I would think the SEC WILL BE CHECKING VERY CAREFULLY) is WHO'S PAYING THE LEGAL TAB FOR U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC when it's now 100% VERIFIED ON-CAMERA by a local FL investigative REAL NEWS REPORTER CREW....that the COMELLA FAMILY "OWNS THE CLINIC" according to Bob Comella...aka POPPA TO KRISTY.....

IF...IF...IF CEO Tomas uses the public traded company funds to PAY THE LEGAL TAB FOR THE WHOLE GANG then there is a GROSS CONFLICT OF INTEREST and likely SEC VIOLATIONS IMO...

USRM the public traded company, should IMO, ONLY BE PAYING THE LEGAL BILLS FOR "THEIR" PORTION of this lawsuit....aka "33% ownership" in the clinic and NOTHING MORE...if Tomas sucks CASH OUT OF THE PUBLIC COMPANY to cover all the other "players" including Comella's personal family members (Daddy Bob and momma Mary, and some brother who is a clinic co-owner etc according to Bob on TV to reporters) then they gots more legal "problems" IMO..

SEC would have to know about that and investigate it IMO...to insure there is no co-mingling of the public company funds for any self-enrichment of ALL IN THE FAMILY or to pay their legal tabs if they can't afford to pay um themselves.....

THAT'S WHAT I SEE....

THIS AIN'T GOING WELL ALREADY LOOKS LIKE TO ME...a "slam dunk" for a legal suit THEY HAD TO KNOW WAS COMING as Comella was already parading lawyer "Todd" around from their "BIG D.C. LAW FIRM" along with Tomas hyping the "BIG D.C. LAW FIRM" in bloggy tales and PR or whatever- then they get GOBSMACKED WITH A BIG OLE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE SMACK-DOWN LAWSUIT and now need more time to write their response and defense...WTH....according to the MYTHS being peddled....this is NO CASE AT ALL...so WHY..WHY..WHY would USRM and Comella and the gang NEED MORE TIME and ENORMOUSLY EXPENSIVE LEGAL TIME being billed HOURLY to file what supposedly should be a SLAM DUNK "simple" response...

MAKES NO SENSE TO ME...I'd say they're in LEGAL HOT WATER BIG TIME and they know it....the INJUNCTION IS THE DEATH BLOW...and it's got a laser site on them with the FEDS doing the targeting and pulling the pickle switch....them's the big boys...the U.S. ATTORNEYS....they don't file frivolous or bull crap lawsuits that I'm aware of...nope...they play to win....
