This co is a total scam and joke. NOTHING they say ever comes to fruition. Didnt even mention the name of the co they are acquiring. Also they dont give any bottom line numbers. But they put lipstick on the pig by saying it is a "popular" game with "millions of users"....really? How popular can it be doing just 9mil in revenue with millions of users?? Also, how are they buying this asset...stock, cash etc? Lastly no one seems to mention that their auditor QUIT, never a good sign. Isnt that like the 3rd auditor in a number of years? The mgnt team is a group of penny stock promoters plain and simple and they are using this as a vehicle to sell other stocks as well as giving away millions of shares to brokers like Garden State Securities. SEC will be looking at this scam in time.
