Rich, 3 months ago you filed that the quarterly report would be filed late. Well where is it? It can't possibly be taking this long to complete? You were recently awarded a ton of stock as well as your promotion to CFO. Maybe if you can't get a simple Q out then you should return the stock to the company?

So why can't you get this done?

Are you and Paul leery to sign off on this?

Is someone or some entity taking too much of your time with questioning?
