Yep, it's all the simple easy to read tell tale signs concerning mmex that are being missed. Your statement is one of them. Another is the simple fact that there were quite a few proponents of mmex that put out very good actual DD but they are now silent. Several have moved on, several are bag holders like many here and are waiting to recoup a small portion of what has been pissed away.

Is a refinery needed? Sure, why not. Is mmex a legit company,NO.

Do they have the talent to get it done? Obviously not, when you consider they left out a major portion of the refinery ( BTW, that is conveniently ignored by the opposing POV ).

They are on their 3rd PR people.

They have taken out several TOXIC LOANS

They have missed many, many, many deadlines.

They DO NOT have any financing.

They KEEP CHANGING their plans, always a good excuse why they haven't actually done anything but put up a flagpole and grade the dirt.
