You are right - getting any drug approved th’ multiple phases - efforts - paperwork is very difficult.

After all that efforts, if there is no demand for that product and no one wants to buy it - means all efforts are wasted.

The high blood pressure medicine is a burden - no MID Cap or BP wants to waste efforts to market another generic product while original generic is available
