The only info I found was from the 8k you copy pasted from another company and on seeking alpha...

I also discovered there are many David Cutler who are 63 years old.

There was a case in Texas with the same number but has nothing to do with this.

So at first glance I would say thanks for the heads up, until further info is found I doubt this will affect the $DCGD merger.
