Also If the company was so eager to do rs, why didn't they do it over a week ago when they still had approval to do so?

Wondering how many people kept sitting on sidelines because of exact same reason as you have right now and missed over 500% run..
Something tells me that you start being nervous that you are going to miss a boat because pps is creeping up slowly and chart is setting up for the next leg up.. the closer we go into Q2 results..
