I agree. Most likely all items are going to pass just like last year. And I agree that whoever didn't like the idea of potential rs is already out.
I don't see them doing anything until hemp is legalized nationwide.
Then once they have all puzzles/forms ready for uplist, they may do rs if it is going to be needed at that point.
BUT the news about rs will come automatically with news about uplisting imo and we all know how huge is the news about moving from otc to big board.. how that opens doors to big money.
All big board MJ ticks have massive market caps with still relatively much smaller revenue ... but everyone sees potential in this fast growing industry.
