Very hard to argue with that. I expect that Ken realized it was futile, at this point, to supply more info to the EMA which may not exist (yet). I can't think of anybody who was happy with the news but some, like Hov, said it was never a slam-dunk. We know the LM platform works. Now, with NEO and HOT, we may see how well it works. This would the time for Ken to strike a good deal. I can't believe he's sitting around twiddling his thumbs and I can't blame for the actions of previous CEO's. Now, however, he has a chance to turn this around. If he can do that, he'll be hailed as our savior.
