What you're saying is that there is a possibility that Jason closes, sells or weens out of his public LDSR company after taking investors monies and then either going private or merging with another company. Call it fraud or call it a scam, what's the difference? If he thinks he had problems with cleaning up a shell. What kind of lawsuits do you think that would create?
