Their next 10Q is due by August 14th, but I would think that they could file it at anytime since the quarter ended on 6/30. Interesting to note that Jones officially took over on 6/29. My guess is that the next filing will be the 10Q. If it comes early, I would think it's a very good sign that launch is imminent. It would officially close out all TGLO business and then they would be clear to do the super 8.
