A lot of us saw that months ago after they first posted it. It's an interesting position for them to take, my guess is it's a shout out to Delfin, "Hey we like what you're doing, give us a call if you need any help." Otherwise they would have bought a boat load, and if they did that they'd probably just be irritating Delfin while they're trying to keep it under wraps.
