I dont see any strong red candles on the intraday chart. red candles have no volume compared to the volume that came in since low of 1.95
People are reluctant becuase of another dilution. but why in the world would mgmt do another offering when the SP is clearly trying to breakout.
I just dont see it. they might do another offering but it would be logical to drive the SP up with the momentum going. its way oversold in every category
