I would think by law you will never see loi candidates names/bids. It’s just gonna happen. They won’t even announce how many bids. They got rid of board of directors to save money,they can’t get rid of Q there is no investor related money being spent. Fired 20 workers. This is a All or Nothing type of play. At .05 looks like you could maybe lose money but doubtful.
