Please don't listen to anyone saying there will not be a RS. this is literally what was filed with the SEC last friday. read the whole thing if you want the second half is fairly repeat from previous filings. but the first half discusses the reverse split and then the offering of 8 mil shares. as well as what these funds from the offering are going for. If they are able to sell 75% of this new offering they will have enough funds to satisfy the need for their two current films they are working on. To me they need to work on their debt/equity ratio because they are minimal in revenues for right now so they can't pay down their debt so they shift to equity for funding. JMO
