A coming announcement still isnt fundamental anaylsis. Fundamental anaylsis focuses on what is reported on financial statements, it deals with valuation ratios. Reading a PR has nothing to do with fundamental analysis. And I will take any PR this company makes with a grain of salt. They have announced around 1 billion dollars of sales agreements in the past decade, and have reported $0 of those agreements in revenue.
