I concur. It was what I stated before the PR, that Leo would give a PR where SP would spike, and that was perhaps a last chance to unload.

However, i understand that many are 'Head-Locked' in this stock at much higher valuations, and .63 cents was not tempting to be Made Whole. But hey, Leo takes more then he gives.

The June PR was likely nothing more than Leo trying to calm the circling natives and throw them a bone, buy him time for another quarter. The dollar amounts were small fry and it said little else.
