PLANT WON'T BE DONE BEFORE WINTER. I believe they PR a time line for the plant for about 2 months? That is nonsense as it will take at least a month just to excavate the land get plumbing and electrical established. Another month at least to construct walls and pour concrete then............haul in and setup all the equipment and work out all the bugs, hire employees and train them, and so on and so on. NO MANUFACTURING ANYTHING FOR AT THE VERY MINIMUM 6-8 MONTHS ONCE CONSTRUCTION ACTUALLY BEGINS......next spring cause we know it isn't happening before winter nor will they be able to afford winter construction costs which are a lot higher than summer. IMO from someone who works with Architects everyday.
