Good question. Looks like the S1 has been pending approval, with several revisions submitted, for well over a year now. Not sure if that's typical but it seems like a very long time. And they'd do well to be posting some actual updates on their blog maybe showing the build out of their facility etc to help build and hold investor interest, vs just having a bunch of stock photos of people in lab coats on their website and occasionally spamming twitter with pro-weed retweets.
