They purchased the land on Feb 7. I can't believe it's been 5 months and they haven't submitted any site plans yet. All they have done is build an office that looks like the size of my shed. They did the R/S too early. They should have waited until they started building the plant. I hope I'm wrong and they start picking it up a notch and build this plant before winter comes.
