Not really certain how he intends on up listing to the New York Stock Exchange without performing a reverse stock split, so let's just hope that tactic and strategy is off the table completely, for I have very rarely seen a reverse stock split recover.



Priceline ran to be a 200 bagger after a reverse.

Last stock I was in that reversed , did so from 1.5 cents did a 1 for 10 became 15 cents, ran to 49 cents then went down to about 20 and halted to become a pot company. should open at 50-60 cents or better.

With reverses it depends on

1- new stock issued if any

2- if the company really has a lot of business or not

3- The market value of the company

4- if there is any remaining dilutive notes etc

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
