Let's get to the POTS and pans of the matter! You have a dirty bowl sitting in the sink! It's stainless steel, but it's got a lot of dried on food that needs to be scrubbed off. It's a perfectly good bowl though, it just needs some elbow greese and a little time to shine it back to perfection. STSC is the dirty bowl and OmniElite Holdings is the S.O.S pad and elbow greese required to make STSC shine again... I.E. THE CLEAN SHELL/BOWL FOR HIGH COUNTRY HEALING, AND THE VARIOUS BUSINESS ENTITIES ,CLEARLY SPELLED OUT BY MR. DD_DEMPSEY AND THE TRAIL OF PAPERWORK, TO MIX TOGETHER AND BECOME ONE MASSIVE MONEY MAKING CONGLOMERATE.
The crusted on food was the lack of STSC's fiduciary duty to keep their books open and in full view of the public (that's what a public company is required to do to stay current with the Security & Exchange Commission. When you're a public company your dirty laundry has to be put on view for all the public to see whether you like it or not. This is where quarterly filings and annual filings come into play. Sometimes business get way behind on their filings just like people get behind on cleaning their houses. If they go left un-cleaned long enough other people will call you a PIG or a SLOB. In this case STSC got labled as skull and crossbones. The HOUSE and the BOWL are now clean and awaiting guest to join them at the feast that is about to begin. We are one filing away from lift off!!!
