Not to worried about the response. It is just a plan needed to satisfy AMEX that CRMD can increase shareholder equity within 6 months. It will be a typical letter...Waiting to raise adding capital until results to protect shareholders from excessive dillution but have passed a RS proxy to add shares for additional PO that we can enact if needed. They will also probably explain expected financial considerations from the CRO. We won't see the response anyway, we will only hear if the response will be accepted or not from AMEX.....which it will. They are always accepted. Right now, I am just waiting for results and hopefully a favorable settlement from CRO. Good luck to you!
