You already have it on a silver spoon. With $STSC/ 1- the next filing is the 2017 annual which reveal the deal with brickner. Then come the 2018 first quarter and the disclosure statement of new ownership and management. Since this is audited- no real need for attorney letter to go current. Just audited fins and letters to otc to remove all the nonsense.

Now- what we are excepting to see via the DD - and I hate that I’m attempting to dumb this down/ but we are sure to see that Brickner simply was holding this shell for a much larger entity - an MJ conglomerate focused around the SERVICE of the industry - and which will include from real estate to insurance to financial as well as all the elements of a seed to sale large scale manufacturing and distribution center ! Does that sound attractive enough ??

How about this ? I believe that this conglomerate likely exceeds multiple tens of millions in revenues already. I also believe that with this collaboration of highly successful Princeton grads and their Ohio financial connection via OmniElite board members as well as the financial and insurance resources from Firstcanna financial -- they have all the tools to move a NATIONAL BRAND.

That is what- my DD leads me to believe is already IN this shell and we will need the filings and disclosure statement to prove it. There is no reason to wait until August to file. They already brought far too much that they didn’t have to at the exact same time which leads me to believe they have edgarized everything My friend.

I suspect this could easily hit .04-.- .05 pps with all Filings and disclosures out and the new company issuing THIER first commentary.
