Quantum Medical Transport, Inc. (DRWN: OTC.PK) management wanted to take this opportunity to update our shareholders regarding recent developments and company plans. The company has shifted its primary business to medical blockchain technology and released its website reflecting the changes. The company is in the process of preparing to file a corporate action for name change and ticker symbol change in coming month to reflect Quantum Medical Data Services. The company will be releasing a proof of concept version of its medical blockchain technology QuantH v.1.0 featuring an Oracle user interface design, cloud based, whereby sample medical records will be uploaded and accessed via patient private key. The objective is to present our customizable data management services to medical practitioners and medical facilities on a Beta program to encourage subscriptions. We plan to be the premier leader in customized medical data management integrating EHR/EMR systems to transfer and store medical records in a secure platform. We hope to launch our full scale enterprise subscription based service in the Fourth quarter of this year. We believe we have the right partners for development and product launch. This will be capital intensive to release enterprise scale version. We have been in talks with an institutional investor to raise $2 Million via Reg. A Offering which will provide much needed capital to pay technical teams working on the development. We believe we will ultimately secure a patent for QuantH v.1.0 and be the frontrunner in medical blockchain technology. We will then be able to monetize our IP for large scale capital raise. Our vision for this company is to become the leading global medical blockchain solution for all facets on the medical ecosystems.
