Can some one please summarize all the garbage into 2-3 sentences in english please?

The profits look great, but what is the net warrant story and what about the other peak a boo items in the closet now.

What does all that Hodge-bodge translate into as far as support and resistance for the stock price now, and dilution?

With a 30 cent profit per share in 6 months, it should explode, explains why the CFO just bought retail shares at 1.09, but where might a selling wall be from warrants or ????

I don't have time to dissect the beast, or I would do it...
