Something fishy is going on.
1st thing this morn delcath chums the waters with scraps of {imo} a gratuitous press release - a little lure for new fish and an attempt to temporarily distract the old fish from the dim reality of the deep dark pool.
Sometime before noon, via L2, I notice that trades are being made for less than the bid.
{any one who has access please check behind me}

At one point there was a wall at 2.42 but yet there was a trade for 821 shares at 2.40.
If there is nothing fishy going on here then how can that be?
Any and all explanations would be greatly appreciated.
