No one knows...I think it will work out. Some keys to buying, is to know the time frames.

there are posts, e.g. 62776 that provide some insight.

choosing or wishing to have a time frame that isn't realistic only leads to disappointment and then, voila we inherit a basher.

this isn't going to happen this week or next, imo...if you're ok with that then stay the course...it could be August.

If not, then move on to your next pick of "champagne wishes and caviar dreams"
