I have 2 buy orders in for QBID I have a buy order to buy QBID at .00003 and a buy order for .00004 and no trades have happened....If your broker doesnt let you trade QBID 5 didgets to the right of the decimal point, than you should consider kicking your broker to the curb....if enough traders are allowed to trade 5 didgets to the right of the decimal point, then you will see QBID trade alot more volume and probably move up in share price....the MM's never like playing on a level playing field . that why MM's dont let you trade five didgets to the right of the decimal point...GO QBID
